CAPACITY BUILDING TRAINING
The terms ‘training’ and ‘capacity building’ are sometimes confused or used interchangeably. Training is just one element of capacity building. It usually focuses on providing skills for specific problems (e.g. using social media or Excel). Capacity Building is the process by which an individual and organizations obtain, improve, and retain the skills and knowledge needed to do their jobs competently.
